Terms of Use
Do not install the device where water can be splashed onto the device, such as above a bathtub, a sink, or a shower.
Maximum field of view is only guaranteed when the device is installed properly at the intersection of two walls. Otherwise there my be blind spots resulting in midded alerts.
If there is more than one person in the room that is being monitored, some features such as potential fall alerts may not work as we assume that the other person will come to the resident's rescue and thus an alert is not necessary.
Alerts via phone calls or SMS require an optional subscription, while app notifications are completely free.
The SOS Sensor is not a medical device and does not guarantee 100% accuracy.
